On occasions the public may find work performed by a surveyor has not met with your satisfaction. The Surveyors Board SA is the only body able to deal with your complaints. If you need to lodge a complaint about a Licensed Surveyor in South Australia please follow the steps below:

The Registrar will provide you with a form to complete the details of your complaint.

You will be advised on the steps necessary to resolve your complaint.
The Surveyors Board SA takes complaints seriously and every endeavour will be made to resolve your issues.
